Movement and Pain Consultation

Any of these sound familiar?

  • You find yourself debating if the sensation you’re feeling is pain or just discomfort.

  • You ask yourself daily: “Is this normal runs through your head at least once a day”

  • It is getting worse and it is impacting your training program.

  • It’s affecting more than just your training session.

  • You're a smart cookie and have googled, youtubed, and scrolled social media for tips but none helped.

You graduated from traditional physical therapy and it’s time to get back to ACTIVITIES OF DAILY PERFORMANCE.

Then let's chat……

If you’re looking for:

  • An expert- Someone to troubleshoot and talk through the situation with… someone who knows movement and how to keep athletes moving.

  • Movement Assessment- A comprehensive look at your mobility, flexibility, and movement patterns.

  • Pain Solutions- Strategies to reduce or eliminate the pain/sensation and improve performance.

  • Modifications- Specific ideas on how to modify your training plan, build tissue stamina and improve functional movement patterns.

  • Knowledge- What should you specifically focus on during the limited time you have for training.

  • Support- Someone to be your cheerleader and encourage you that you don’t have to give up your fitness goals.

If you don’t have time for:

  • Complete training shut down.

  • Lectures on weightloss or body composition changes.

  • Quick fixes, bio hacks, or magical remedies.

  • Being underestimated, undermined, or dismissed.

  • Wasting precious resources (money, time, energy)

Are you thinking “Hell YESS” right now?

Sweet- We’re on the same page.

You know your body and your training program.

I know the human body and how to keep athletes moving forward on their goals.

Let’s have a conversation as two subject matter experts.

How dose a Movement and Pain Consultation work?

  • Applying/ Scheduling:

    • Hit the apply button and fill out the application. All applications will be reviewed within 24 hours of submission. If it looks like we will be a good fit, I will email you to set up our call.

Please note, applying for a consultation does not lock in or guarantee we will work together. The form is to help identify if we are a good fit.

  • Once the call is confirmed, payment will be processed and you will receive an email with everything you need to know to be prepared for our conversation.

  • Consultation:

    • Calls last approximately 60 minutes.

    • Educate Me- On your training, past injuries, current problems, goals, and what you have tried to remedy the issue so far. We will review the information collected in your application and discuss any changes since you applied.

    • Movement Assessment- We will asses your flexibility, mobility, breathing, gait, and functional movements. I will observe your movements and we will discuss what movements cause a painful sensation.

      • For this, you will want to be in a well lit area where you can perform various movements and tasks to help identify your pain points and limitations. I will need to be able to see you perform these movements that will range in positions from standing, to kneeling to laying on the ground.

    • Collaboration- We will wrap up with a review of the information discussed and any last questions pertaining to the evaluation, your goals, or that you may have.

  • Post Consultation:

    • Within 24 hours you will receive a full summary of our call, my recommendations, and advice on next steps to your inbox.

    • You will have the option to apply the cost of your consultation to a 3 month one-on-one coaching package. Offer good for 10 days post consultation.
