One on One Coaching - Movement and Pain.


You have been through a movement and pain consultation and are looking for more coaching around your specific pain and movement limitations. 

You have a program you love but… you’re looking for continued guidance on modifications. 

You have worked through injuries in the past but this just….. Isn’t getting better. 

You could write your own plan but you just don’t have the energy or focus for that right now.

What's included:

  • Custom pain reduction and movement coaching programming only 

    • Programing based upon your movement and pain assessment, performance goals, training program/history, and resources available (space, equipment, time) 

    • This supplements or modifies your existing training plan. You will need either a self written or membership based program.  Don’t have one? No problem we will chat about what your goals are and find you one. 

  • Weekly check-in’s and feedback. You’ll have a weekly questionnaire to complete and will receive direct feedback from me to answer any questions, make recommendations, and when appropriate ,adjust the programing.

  • Optional monthly one-on-one coaching call to check in on goal progress, re-assess/re-test goal specific metrics and problem solve any struggles. We will also look ahead to the next month's goals. ($198.00 value)

What you’re looking for:

  • Efficient and customized programming that doesn’t conflict with your current goals or training plan.  

  • Acknowledgement that you know your body and your sport. You’re confident with both and if it wasn’t for this pain sensation, you wouldn’t be reading this. 

  • To get back to feeling good and enjoying your programing. 

  • Consistency and commitment to a solution because what you have been doing isn’t working. 

  • Knowledge to reduce the chance of future flare ups and how to manage them if it does happen. You graduated from traditional physical therapy and it’s time to get back to ACTIVITIES OF DAILY PERFORMANCE.

What you’re not looking for: 

  • To be completely shut down- sitting on the couch binging Netflix. 

  • To have your concerns ignored.

  • To feel unsupported, underestimated, or undermined.

Through a Movement and Pain Consultation

Price: $199/month or $550 per 12 week program

Programing Parameters:

  • Checkin’s via Google Form. Check ins sent out on Wednesdays 12pm. Must be returned by 11:59pm on Thursday to have any adjustments made to programming.

  • Program delivered via email by 6:00am Saturdays. 

  • 3-5 day training plan- established at assessment

  • 4-5 weeks cycle of progressive -when appropriate- programing followed by a back off or deload week. Adjustments may be made to match up with your current training program deload weeks. 

  • 3 month commitment- movement/pain problems take time to develop and take time to correct/improve.  Programming is purchased in 3 month increments. Afterall- 3 month intentional programing is the new “6 week challenge”

You are here for pain solutions and movement coaching. We will focus on the basics first before we progress to the flashy movements. 

Goal Focused

These programs are focused on getting you out of pain, improving your movement and staying active. This is not a weight loss program. No PR’s are guaranteed.

The intention with one on one programming is progress towards “graduation” or discharge. Programming is purchased in 3 month increments based upon goals and re-assessments.

Life happens. Things will come up. You won’t execute the program as written 100% of the time. We both acknowledge grace and accountability are part of the process

Do I have to start with a Movement and Pain Consultation?

Yes, all athlete’s must start with a movement and pain consultation. This ensures that Forward Movement Rehab coaching can meet your needs and to see if we vibe well. Can I pay in full?

Yes- you can. Paid in full 3 month memberships cost $550.00 (a $47 savings) 

Can I terminate my program before I finish my current 3 month commitment?

You can terminate at any time however, fees will not be refunded and the full balance of the 3 month commitment is due. 

If our staff terminate the program due to limitations in scope or needs outside our services, athlete’s will receive a full pro-rated refund. 

Due to the nature of rehab programming, programs can not be paused. 

What equipment do I need?

This will vary depending on programing focus. Our goal is to write programs based upon your current equipment resources. However, coaches may recommend items that are optional to purchase. Recommended equipment can typically be purchased from Amazon, Walmart or local sporting goods stores. 

What does a training session look like?

Each program is customized to your assessment and needs so this one is hard to answer without knowing your specific needs.  We do seek to program in alignment with your current fitness/training program and/or time obligations. Traveling in 2 weeks- no problem- the program can accommodate that.
